We will carry out all the necessary application processes required to obtain your visa. Any passport other then a British passport, will require a Tourist visa or an Umrah Visa which can be obtained at an additional cost.

Transport

We will arrange all transport (transfers) within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. e.g. Jeddah airport to Makkah hotel, Makkah hotel to Madinah hotel, Madinah hotel to Madinah airport.

Makkah Hotel: Emaar Grand with Breakfast 13th - 19th January

Accommodation in Makkah will be provided at Emaar Grand or Similar, Ibrahim Khalil Road, Misfalah. Rooms will be provided on a sharing basis (unless pre-booked otherwise) (Maximum 4 people per room) with bathroom facilities, AC’s, T.V, fridge, wardrobe, draw and under bed storage. The hotel is situated 750 meters from the boundaries of Holy Mosque in Makkah.

Madinah Hotel: 4*Emaar Mektan with Breakfast 19th - 24th January

Accommodation in Madinah will be provided at Emaar al Maktan or Similar, Western Zone. Rooms will be provided on a sharing basis (unless pre-booked otherwise) (Maximum 4 people per room) with attached bathroom facilities, AC’s, fan, fridge, wardrobe, draw and under bed storage. The hotels are situated 275-350 meters from the boundaries of Masjid-e-Nabawi in Madinah.
